HAVANA
Welcome to Cuba! Your adventure begins as you are met at the airport by our local taxi driver and transferred to your accommodation in the city center. Once you check-in and settle in, take your time to meet other members of the group and/or enjoy the surroundings.
04:00PM. The Orientation meeting will be at 4PM in the cafeteria section. Your tour guide will review the updated itinerary and inform you of any possible last minute changes that may have occurred.
06:00PM. Be ready to enjoy a delicious welcome dinner at a private Cuban paladar. Take into account that a paladar is a small, family-run restaurant. This means you are contributing to the economic well-being of some Cuban families.
08:00PM. After dinner, attend the Opening Ceremony of the Habanos Cigar Festival 2025, where Habanos S.A. will introduce new vitolas and the nominations for the “Premio Habano” awards will be announced.
11:45PM. Bus transfer back to your accommodation will be available. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

HAVANA
10:00AM. This morning, after a delicious breakfast, put on your walking shoes and your coolest clothes, and get ready to discover the beauty of Havana City. Enjoy a panoramic tour of Modern Havana on a Convertible Classic Car. During this tour, stops at the Revolution Square and the Community Art Project Fusterlandia, are included.
12:30PM. Enjoy local food and live music at a private paladar in Old Havana. One national drink is included, so, we recommend a refreshing Mojito or Daiquiri.
02:30PM. After lunch, discover the history behind the magnificent buildings of Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1982. Visit the 4 main squares of the area: Plaza de Armas, Plazas Vieja, Plaza de San Francisco de Asís and Plaza de la Catedral.
05:00PM. Time to go back to accommodation and get ready for dinner.
08:00PM. Be ready to enjoy a delicious dinner at a private Cuban paladar while enjoying the most amazing spectacle from members of the well-known Buena Vista Social Club.
11:45PM. Bus transfer back to accommodation will be available. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

HAVANA
09:30AM. After breakfast, bus pickup to visit one of the Cuban Cigar Factories. Tour the facilities and visit a small shop in the factory.
11:00AM. Visit the Humidores Habana factory and experience first-hand everything that goes behind the creation of these beautiful wooden pieces of art, designed to store the country’s greatest cigars. Humidores Habana works with old furniture and wood from demolitions, preferably from attics, that has dried for years under the Caribbean sun.
12:30PM. Lunch time!
03:00PM. After a delicious lunch at a private paladar, delight your senses with the tasting of Tobacco, Rum and a good coffee.
04:30PM. Time to go back to accommodation and get ready for dinner.
06:30PM. Be ready for a delightful dinner. After dinner, enjoy the Ceremony of the Cannon Firing at 9 o’clock. This is a tradition that dates from the colonial period in the island. After this activity, your driver will be ready to take you back to your accommodation. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

VIÑALES
Wake up! Wake up! This morning put on comfortable shoes and cool cloth. After a delicious breakfast, you’ll depart to Pinar del Rio province to visit the Cultural Heritage Valle de Viñales (2hrs/30mnts approx. from Havana).
11:00AM. Your first stop will be at the Viewpoint Mirador de Los Jazmines to have a panoramic view of almost the whole Valley.
11:30AM. Afterwards, you’ll continue to the Cueva del Indio. Walk inside the cave (250 meters approx.) and take a 10-minute boat ride through the underground river San Vicente to the exit of the cave.
12:30PM. Once out, continue to the agroecological farm El Paraiso, where you will enjoy a delicious Cuban lunch with an amazing view of the area.
02:00PM. After lunch, visit the Vega (tobacco farm) Macondo where you’ll be in direct contact with local farmers and enjoy a rolling cigar demonstration at the time that you also learn a little more about the plantation and harvesting process of this product in the region. Horse riding in this place is optional and is not included in the package price. If interested on this activity, let us know in advance.
03:30PM. Then, continue to the Mural de la Prehistoria to admire a mural that was painted on a mogote named Pita and shows the evolution of human beings. At this place you can taste the delicious Piña Colada (not included in the package price).
04:00PM. Time to go back to Havana. Take a nap during these 2 hours and a half, if tired.
08:00PM. Have a wonderful dinner at a local private paladar in Havana. Then, enjoy your evening at leisure.

HAVANA
10:00AM. After breakfast, visit the Habano Cigar Festival’s Exhibit Fair and related venues across the city. Exchange with international and local dealers, exhibitors, and Cigar aficionados and participate in programmed activities.
12:30PM. Delight your palate with a tasty lunch at a private paladar.
03:00PM. After lunch, visit the Havana Club Rum Museum. Enjoy the facilities and taste this amazing Cuban product. Afterwards, visit the Almacenes de San Jose Handicraft Market, the perfect place to buy Cuban souvenirs for your loved ones.
04:30PM. Go back to accommodation and get ready for dinner.
08:00PM. Enjoy dinner and the spectacular show of the well-known Tropicana Cabaret | Parisien Cabaret (depending on your choice).
11:45PM. Bus transfer back to accommodation will be available. In case you want to continue enjoying your time, please, bear in mind you’ll have to take a taxi on your own for the way back.

10:00AM. After breakfast, attend a private lecture about the best vitolas of Cuban Cigar and the leaves mixed to achieve an excellent flavor.

02:30PM. After lunch, visit the Habano Cigar Festival’s Exhibit Fair and related venues across the city.
04:30PM. Go back to accommodation and get ready for dinner.
08:00PM. Enjoy a delicious dinner while listening to good music at FANGIO Habana, undoubtedly one of the best places in Cuba to listen to the best exponents of Cuban jazz music. Enjoy the rest of your night at leisure.

DEPARTURE
This morning you can pack your suitcase and all those souvenirs you have already bought. The driver will pick you up 3 hours before your scheduled departure flight time to take you to the airport. Remember to have your passport, airline ticket and all your belongings by hand.

To acquire your Travel Visa you can purchase it directly at the airport during your check-in process. In case you want it to be included in your package, please contact our team. An extra fee per visa will be added and you will receive your visa at the address you request. We only ship within the United States. Note it will arrive blank for you to fill out with your passport information. This travel visa is valid for 30 days. Make sure you do not misplace it while in Cuba since you cannot leave the country without it, and please, do not detach the two separate sides. Customs in Cuba is responsible for this.

A valid passport is required for the entirety of your trip. Make sure it has six months validity at the time of entry.
Cuba requires that all arriving travelers, except Cuban born travelers, have a Tourist Card or Visa to enter the country. If you are flying to Cuba via the US or you are a US citizen, then you will need a “pink” Visa. For those who travel from the rest of the world to Cuba, they will need a “green” one. You can get your visa online or purchase it at the airport during check-in for your flight. If you are a US passport holder residing in the United States you can also purchase it from us. We ship only within the US. Note it will arrive blank for you to fill out with your passport information. This tourist card is valid for 90 days. Make sure you do not misplace it while in Cuba since you cannot leave the country without it, and please, do not detach the two separate sides. Customs in Cuba is responsible for this.

Please, take into account that your flight ticket will be booked directly through the airline depending on their availability for the scheduled date. Most of these airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are visiting the island and staying on your own, you will probably find that most of the private casas in Cuba do not have wi-fi service available, so guests usually go to the nearest hotels, buy an internet card and access the service in the hotel lobby.
