“Cuban Beats”, a 6-day tour full of vibrant and passionate moments that create an atmosphere of joy and energy. Our clients have the opportunity to dive deep into the rich Cuban culture and connect with its roots through music, dance and its locals.

Itinerary

Day 1. Wednesday

  • Arrive in Havana, Cuba. Transfer to your Casa Particular. Check-in and settle in.
  • 08:00PM. Welcome dinner at a Private Paladar and Orientation.
  • 09:30PM. Social dancing in Havana.
  • 12:00AM. Back to the casa

Meals Included: Dinner

 

Day 2. Thursday

  • 10:00AM-01:00PM. Salsa dance workshops.
  • 01:00PM-03:00PM. Lunch at a private paladar.
  • 03:00PM-05:00PM. Visit to the headquarters of a Dance Company.
  • 08:30PM. Ready to go to the show venue.
  • 09:00PM. Show time and dinner at Cabaret Parisien.
  • 12:00AM. Back to the casa

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 3. Friday

  • 10:00AM-01:00PM. Salsa dance workshops.
  • 01:00PM-03:00PM. Lunch at a private paladar.
  • 03:00PM-05:00PM. Walking Tour of Old Havana. Visit to its main squares: Plaza de al Catedral, Plaza de Armas, Plaza Vieja and Plaza de San Francisco de Asis.
  • 08:00PM. Dinner at a Private Paladar.
  • 09:30PM. Social dancing in Havana.
  • 12:00AM. Back to the casa.

Day 4. Saturday

  • 10:00AM-01:00PM. Salsa dance workshops.
  • 01:00PM-03:00PM. Lunch at a private paladar.
  • 03:00PM-05:00PM. Panoramic tour of Modern Havana in Old American Classic Cars: Capitolio, Great Theater of Havana, Central Park, Malecon. Stop at the viewpoint of the Morro Castle and the Revolution Square.
  • 08:00PM. Dinner at a Private Paladar.
  • 09:30PM. Social dancing in Havana.
  • 12:00AM. Back to the casa

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 5. Sunday

  • 10:00AM-11:00AM. Time to buy souvenirs at the Fleamarket Almacenes de San José.
  • 11:00AM-05:00PM. Enjoy the beaches of Eastern Havana. Time to relax and have fun. Cuban Criollo lunch, picnic style at the beach.
  • 08:00PM. Farewell dinner at a Private Paladar.
  • 09:30PM. Social dancing in Havana.
  • 12:00AM. Back to the casa.

Day 6. Monday

  • Check-out and transfer to the Airport in Havana.

READY TO VISIT CUBA?

Essential travel documents you must bring with you in order to travel stress-free and get the most from your visit.

A valid passport is required for the entirety of your trip. Make sure it has six months validity at the time of entry.

Cuba requires that all arriving travelers, except Cuban born travelers, have a Tourist Card or Visa to enter the country. If you are flying to Cuba via the US or you are a US citizen, then you will need a “pink” Visa. For those who travel from the rest of the world to Cuba, they will need a “green” one. You can get your visa online or purchase it at the airport during check-in for your flight. If you are a US passport holder residing in the United States you can also purchase it from us. We ship only within the US. Note it will arrive blank for you to fill out with your passport information. This tourist card is valid for 90 days. Make sure you do not misplace it while in Cuba since you cannot leave the country without it, and please, do not detach the two separate sides. Customs in Cuba is responsible for this.

Cuba requires all travelers to Cuba to have travel medical insurance. Most of the U.S. airlines give you the option of purchasing it at the moment of booking your flight ticket.

Make sure to buy a roundtrip ticket or have onward travel from Cuba if you are buying one-way.

As it is mandatory for each traveler to fill out the form, it is available in several languages and must be filled out 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival. It results in a QR code to be presented digitally or printed, in order to facilitate transit through customs. STAYING CONNECTED IN CUBA

Unfortunately, most of the private houses in Cuba do not have wi-fi service available, so guests usually go to the nearest hotels, buy an internet card and access the service in the hotel lobby. If this is too complicated for you, CUBACELTUR has the perfect solution. You can get a temporary phone line with internet access plans for an additional cost. 

Note that CUBACELTUR is a service offered by ETECSA, the Cuban telephone operator. Sagua Services & Travel does not benefit from this operator. It only provides information for its clients.

Secure your trip

* If you find the perfect package for an unforgettable experience, reserve your spot for as little as $100 per person.
* Subsequently, you can decide how often you want to make payments and how much you want to pay (minimum $100 per person)
* Your package must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.

– Cancellations made between 30 and 20 days before the arrival date: Sagua Services & Travel will charge 30% of the package’s total amount (per person).
– Cancellations made between 19 and 8 days before arrival: Sagua Services & Travel will charge 50% of the package’s total amount (per person).
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are nonrefundable. Sagua Services & Travel will charge 100% of the package (per person).
